If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to HipSea for a full refund or an exchange.
Please make sure to read the information below thoroughly to ensure that your return qualifies for a refund. As you will read below, items that have been washed, worn, or have had the tags or hygienic strip removed will not be accepted. If you have a concern about a product, please begin the return process by clicking the button near the bottom of this page and upload a photo of the piece when prompted.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in the new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels included.
To return an item, place the item securely in used or new packaging (used is way cooler though!), and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all returns shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking number to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange it. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process the return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Refunds will not be granted after the 14-day grace period or if the garment is altered, washed, the hygiene sticker is removed, or damaged in any way.
